If you need to change your order, you must notify Customer Support as soon as possible at the following address support@ma-lampe-rechargeable.com or from the contact form. The modification may be taken into account before the order is processed within 2 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to modify it. However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by 14 calendar days in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code from receipt of the order. You may then return it in accordance with our return policy.

You can request a change to your delivery address in 2 working days following the order. To do this, you must contact customer support at the following address support@ma-lampe-rechargeable.comor from contact form. Once these 2 days have elapsed, it will no longer be possible to modify the address. if the parcel has already been dispatched. That's why you need to wear the utmost attention your choice of delivery address when you place your order.

We guarantee a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days for the  Metropolitan Franceand 10 to 20 working days for all other destinations. These include :

• the FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES
• all other countries 

It does not take into account the order processing. This is done in 2 working days maximum.
