For all return requests, please contact customer support at the following address support@ma-lampe-rechargeable.com.

Once your request has been studied and accepted, you will be given a returns identification number. 
To be returned, the item must be new and the packaging unopened. If the item is damaged, it must be carefully returned in its original packaging with all its components.

The item must also be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 
Any damage that is discovered on arrival of the product and that has not been reported at the time of the claim will not result in a refund.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the seller. Instructions will be given after validation of the claim request.
